Monday December 29th we took the boys to the campus of Virginia Tech for a visit. It was really, really cold that day so we couldn't walk around much. We went to several bookstores & bought lots of merchandise! Paw Paw & Kalyn also spent the day with us. We went to watch the women's basketball game later that evening. Since the game was over the winter break, it was not crowded & we could sit where we wanted. We sat on the second row & had a great view!
The boys with the Hokie bird! I had called in the beginning of December to see if the mascot would be at the game & was told yes. Unfortunately, the mascot wasn't there so this is the best we could do! Maybe next visit we'll see one!

Myles DOES look like his Paw Paw! Love all the VT gear, and I've always wondered what a "hokie" was! Now I know!
